Insight Properties Inc. was founded in 2007 by the father and son team of Jeremy and Allan Silburt.
Allan brings over 30 years of experience in Ottawa’s high tech industry, managing technology teams, multi-site engineering projects and start-up companies. Jeremy is an accredited AIC Real Property Appraiser who has been actively involved in the Ottawa residential and commercial markets for over 5 years. Jeremy also brings hands on construction and project management experience to Insight Properties.
Insight Properties continues to build a portfolio of high quality single unit and small multi-unit rental properties in close proximity to Ottawa’s University Campuses and transit nodes.
